Project documentation

Project documentation of partial solutions as well as operating large construction process in coordination with the building and technological professions. The documentation provides specific technical solutions, and it is developed into the details necessary for the manufacture of assemblies, to perform the installation and commissioning of the entire file for the device. The documentation is processed by software support CAE (EPLAN) intended for electrical engineering, drawing documentation is in DWG format (AutoCAD), text and tables in MS Office environment. This ensures the high quality of the documentation and makes possible the transfer of project documents in the classic design, as well as in the form of data in any of the standard formats.

Delivery and Assembly

The operational level of control (HMI)

We propose the use of systems ranging from simple line terminals, tablets, smart phones to powerful computers with monitors in industrial design, equipped with world-class software with functions for operating the alarm system, historical trends, reception and management of statistical processing of ongoing processes.

A link with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning systems (ERP)

We then create application software for data exchange (read and write) with the information systems of production with the possibility of automatic process data replication to the parent database, which provides continuity between the complex control systems of machines and production lines equipped with local information and diagnostic systems to the Central manufacturing execution system (MES) and provides information about the progress of the production for the enterprise resource planning system (ERP).

Viewing reports with process data in an enterprise information system is based on intranet technology with integration into the customer’s existing intranet systems. Access to the individual reports and the parameters setting is limited by the access rights. On the basis of selection of the forms can be obtained lists with the option to display detailed information about the progress of the technological process. Each of the lists and the protocols can be printed to a PDF format, or export data to CSV, XLS.

Within production systems MES there is secured transmission of production data and the required technological parameters (recipes, DESKTOP PUBLISHING, etc.) into the control systems of machines and production lines.

The advantage of intranet applications is its availability throughout the network of the customer. Data access is handled by access rights. Parameterization of the individual protocols can be specified centrally and the user can choose the necessary protocol for printing option from the list.

Technical and programmatic resources

We are ready to solve technically and programmatically control systems, from small machines to large decentralized control systems in the area of data collection, logic control, regulation and optimization of technological processes. In particular, we deploy control systems the firms Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider (Modicon, Telemecanique), and SAIA. We also do migration from legacy control systems (S5, ABB, Allen-Bradley) on modern control systems (Simatic S7). Information and visualization systems, we design products-based Wonderware InTouch System (Platform), Control Web, PROMOTIC, Citect, WinCC in the Microsoft Windows operating environment.

Putting the device into operation

In the implementation phase of the work there is verified the functionality of the electricity connections, set the measuring circuits and carried out tests in the wake of the technological equipment. Commissioning is the individual testing of each device started and ended by performing complex tests that examined the functionality works. Optimizing adjustment of individual circuits is carried out even after their trial in relation to the service experience and knowledge. The adjustment takes place in on-line mode, without having to interrupt the operation of the technology.


Training is an integral part of the final phase of the work. Servicing includes the processing of instructions and familiarization with the adopted principles of management and communication between the operator and the control system. They are also trained workers operating the maintenance.

Warranty and service

The warranty period is usually provided to 24 months. The high quality of the components, apparatus, and computer control systems allows, in cooperation with partner organizations to guarantee the service usually in 24-48 hours from the deadline of reporting a fault. Contractually, we provide preventive periodic inspection, diagnosis, servicing and calibration, if these services by customer interest. For the upcoming we provide remote service control systems, PLC and HMI programs over the internet, or via GSM.
